  • 2 quarts Green Chilly (If you want more hot. Add more chillies)
  • 7 quarts Curry Leaves (7 to 8 leaves)
  • 3 quarts Onion (Medium Size)
  • Salt (As per taste)
  • 0.5 tablespoons Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tablespoons Mustard
  • 0.5 tablespoons Cumin
  • Heeng (asafoetida)
  • 1 cup Coconut (Grated for garnishing)
  • 1 quart Coriander leaves (As required)
  • 1 quart Lemon (Used for Garnishing)
